Mebendazole is an anthelmintic (an-thel-MIN-tik) or anti-worm medication. It prevents newly hatched insect larvae (worms) from growing or multiplying in your body.

Mebendazole is used to treat infections caused by worms such as whipworm, pinworm, roundworm, and hookworm. It is also used to treat infections caused by more than one of these worms at the same time.

Mebendazole may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Dutanol 0.5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It shrinks the size of the enlarged prostate gland to relieve symptoms like pain and difficulty in passing urine.

It should be taken by mouth with or without food. This medicine is given for long time as takes few months to show its effects. Thus, it is important to take it as advised by doctor and complete the full course of treatment.

It is usually well tolerated. However, it may produce some mild sexual side effects such as low sexual drive. Remember you should not donate blood for 6 months after taking the last dose of this medicine.

Siphene -M Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time every day to get the most benefit. It is important to strictly follow the prescribed schedule and dosage to maximize its benefits. The doctor may monitor regularly to track the response and adjust the dosage if necessary.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, breast enlargement in male, breast pain, hot flushes, enlargement of ovaries, and gastrointestinal disturbances. If you experience any of these side effects that do not go away or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to help by adjusting the dosage or by prescribing you an alternate medicine.

Siphene -M Tablet may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as liver disease, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, or ovarian cysts. Pregnant women should avoid using this medicine, as it may cause potential harm to the developing baby. Take precautions while engaging in activities that require clear vision and mental alertness as this medicine might cause dizziness. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking to make sure it is safe for you.

Febuxostat is used to lower uric acid levels in people with gout. Febuxostat works by reducing the amount of uric acid made by the body. An increased uric acid level can cause gout.

Because of the risk of very serious heart-related problems and stroke with febuxostat (see also Warning section), febuxostat should be used only after treatment with a medication called allopurinol did not work to lower your uric acid level, caused serious side effects, or is not recommended by your doctor. Febuxostat should be used only if you have symptoms caused by a high blood uric acid level.

You may have more gout attacks for several months after starting this medicine while the body removes extra uric acid. Febuxostat is not a pain reliever. Your doctor may prescribe medication (such as colchicine, NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or indomethacin) to prevent/treat a gout attack during the first several months you are taking febuxostat. Continue to take your prescribed medicines for gout attacks as directed by your doctor.

Tell your doctor if your condition lasts or gets worse.

Xarelto is used to prevent or treat a type of blood clot called deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which can lead to blood clots in the lungs (pulmonary embolism). A DVT can occur after knee or hip replacement surgery, and during or after a stay in the hospital when you cannot move around as much as normal.

Xarelto is sometimes used to lower your risk of a DVT or PE coming back after you have received treatment for blood clots for at least 6 months.

Xarelto is used in people with atrial fibrillation (a heart rhythm disorder) to lower the risk of stroke caused by a blood clot.

Xarelto is used to help prevent blood clots in certain people hospitalized for an acute illness who are at risk of getting blood clots and who do not have a high risk of bleeding.

Xarelto is also given together with aspirin to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other serious heart problems in people with coronary artery disease (decreased blood flow to the heart) or peripheral artery disease (decreased blood flow to the legs).

• Natrise 30 tablet is used in the treatment of low levels of sodium in the blood. It treats low levels of sodium in the blood, which can result from conditions such as heart failure, cirrhosis and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (siadh).
• How to use natrise tablettake this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Driving natrise 30 tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. Kidney safe natrise 30 tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of natrise 30 tablet is recommended.
• However, the use of natrise 30 tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver caution natrise 30 tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of natrise 30 tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
• Use of natrise 30 tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. What if you miss a dose of natrise tablet? If you miss a dose of natrise 30 tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
